Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the buyer receiving the order. There is no right of return on specially marked products and custom-made artwork. No works are printed and delivered to the buyer unless previously agreed and confirmed by the buyer.

The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product is defective, we will offer you a refund that will be received within 30 days of the return, send you a new and non-defective product, or offer you an online store credit. 

The buyer will pay for shipping costs upon return. If the product is defective, shipping costs will be refunded once the product has been returned to the seller.
