Processing time and Delivery

Products ordered from the Regal Souls Creations online store are shipped via Dropp Shipping. We usually ship within 24 hours of the order being placed, except on weekends or recognised holidays, in which case we ship the next business day. 

Depending on the selected shipping location, ready-made products in stock are usually ready for delivery within 1-3 days. However, specially branded products and custom-made artworks take longer and are based on each project's length. However, as soon as the product is ready, it will be ready for delivery within 1-3 days, depending on which shipping location is chosen.

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping costs depend on the place of delivery. General shipping costs within the capital area are 790 ISK and 990 ISK. for the rest of the country. If your total order amount exceeds 15,000 ISK. shipping is free for the entire country.
Shipping costs are always quoted before the order is completed.

Online Inventory

Suppose a product is sold out or is unavailable for other reasons at a given time. In that case, it will appear on the product page, along with information on whether it will be available again and/or when it is expected to be in stock.
